She is the only woman who have been voted “the sexiest woman in the world” twice in FHM, and was the first and highest paid Latina for a film role.

Jennifer Lynn Lopez, born on 24^th of July 1969 was of Puerto Rican descent. She was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. She has two sisters, Lynda and Leslie. She always dreamed of being a multi-tasking superstar, and her biggest influence was the Rita Moreno musical West Side Story. Because of her loved in music, she took singing and dancing lessons.

Her career began as a “Fly Girl” dancer in one sitcom. Soon after, she became a backup dancer for Janet Jackson and made an appearance in her video “That's the Way Love Goes”. Jennifer appeared on the television series first, and after that in a movie. Her first major film was “My Family” which is a drama film, and then in an action film “Money Train”. Her career went into over-drive when she portrayed slain Tejana singer Selena Quintanilla Perez in 1997's “Selena”, where she was nominated for Best Actress – Motion Picture Musical or Comedy in the Golden Globe Award. After having that break, Jennifer became visible in film industry.

She gained her success not only in her films, but also in her music career. Her debut album On the 6 was a success, it went six times platinum that has sold seven million copies. Her single “Let's Get Loud” earned a Grammy Award nomination in the “Best Dance Recording” category. All in all, she has six albums up to present.

Jennifer's now living with Marc Anthony in Bel-Air. They also have a house on Fisher Island, and another one in Long Island in New York. Currently, there are rumors that she is pregnant with her first child and will give birth in the spring. But her husband issued a statement that the said issue were not true. Sexy and hot Jennifer has an upcoming film together with Antonio Banderas entitled “Bordertown”.
